The Ground Control Station team is responsible for the design and implementation of telecommunications from the ground station to the vehicle. This involves the choice of the communication band, the modulation and the design of both the communications protocol used for telemetry transmission and the antennas used for said communication. The microcontrollers are also programmed, which, together with the antenna tower, are responsible for receiving telemetry at the ground station.

The team also designs and implements the tools used for real-time visualization of the data received through telemetry. The team's tasks are vital during launches as well, serving as a connection point with the vehicle and carrying out all relevant checks of the rocket's status thanks to telemetry.
